Care instructions
For day-to-day care, dust the chair with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild, pH-neutral soap to gently wipe the shell and base. If your chair is upholstered, vacuum the fabric regularly using a soft brush attachment on a low setting to remove dust and debris. For stains, use a fabric or leather cleaner that suits the material, following the instructions with care. Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh detergents or solvents that may damage the finish or upholstery.
If your Harbour Dining Chair features a wooden base, regular care will help preserve its natural beauty and structure. Wipe wooden surfaces with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Always wipe in the direction of the grain. Avoid using excessive water, as this may cause the wood to swell or warp over time. For deeper cleaning or occasional maintenance, use a wood-specific cleaner or mild soap solution, followed by drying with a clean cloth.
To maintain the finish, we recommend treating oiled wood bases periodically with a suitable furniture oil. This helps nourish the surface and protect it from drying out. Be sure to test any product on a small, hidden area before applying it more broadly. Avoid placing the chair in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this may lead to fading, cracking or uneven aging of the wood.

While this repair service is not operated by Audo or covered by our warranty, it is a solution we recommend to customers who want to maintain their furniture beyond the warranty period or repair items that fall outside of warranty coverage. Please note: This service is currently available only in Denmark.
How It Works
If you would like to explore a repair for your Audo product, simply contact prolong@audocph.com.
Your request will be reviewed, and if a repair is feasible, a trusted technician will take over direct communication.
You will receive a custom quote with a fixed price for the repair. Once accepted, the repair will be scheduled and carried out in your home.
Typical Repairs Include:
- Sofas: stitching, springs, foam, frame, upholstery
- Chairs: construction issues, stitching, joints, weaving, upholstery
- Tables: sanding, adjustment of fittings, oil finishing and more
If spare parts are needed, Audo will supply them directly to ensure compatibility and quality.
